 Banana, Strawberry & Oat Pancakes (Healthy & Delicious)

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 1 eggs
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 4-5 strawberries, chopped

Instructions:
1. Mix banana, eggs, oats and strawberries .
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
4. Pour small portions of the batter onto the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
5. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with fresh strawberries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of nuts.
